Lisa Marie has been practicing yoga for over 11 years and teaching for 4 years. She draws on her teachings from traditional hatha yoga and kundalini lineages. She loves to teach classes that are intuitively led, gentle, and accessible for all; with a focus on opening the energetic channels of the body.
