Playful Art Experiences for Kids Ages 5-10
4-Week Class Sessions:
Session One: Oct. 7, 14, 21, 28
Session Two: Nov. 4, 11, 18, Dec. 2
3:30-4:30pm at Cedar Grove
Young artists will experiment with a variety of mediums with a focus on playful processes, including painting, clay, collage, fiber arts, printmaking, and more!
Sliding scale $15-25/class, paid by the session*

For Kids Ages 7-10*
With Teacher Sarah Lee of Finding the Light Studios
Each class begins and ends with mindful exercises and breathing designed to regulate the nervous system and increase bodily awareness; giving young ones tips, tricks, and tools to carry into their daily lives.
The bulk of the class will be an introduction to fun stuff like leaps, turns, and kicks to get those endorphins flowing and connect your child to the numerous brain and body benefits of movement to music.
*6 year olds welcome upon assessment

Clay Play for Kids Ages 5-10
4-Class Session:
Oct. 6, 13, 20, 27
Nov. 3, 10, 17, Dec. 1
3:30–4:30pm at Cedar Grove
In this class students will dive into hand-building, pottery wheel throwing, and glazing! Each participant will create their own unique pieces from start to finish while honing their creative skills. Completed works will be ready to take home one week after the session is finished to allow time for kiln firing. Classes are led by teaching artist Cate Clother.

Fall Session 2025
♡ Who: Ages 4 years – 8 years
♡ What: A "bite size" one-day per week program offering holistic Waldorf-inspired educational enrichment
♡ When: Fridays, 9:00am–2:00pm
♡ Cost: $30-$60 per day, paid in advance for a 4-week session. Includes warm and home-cooked organic snack and lunch and all supplies

Ages 0-4
In our parent/child playgroups we seek to nurture community amongst our local families and nourish the young child’s creative and playful nature. Through imaginative free play, developmental movement, storytelling, songs, painting, and baking, young children and their caregivers are completely immersed in a warm and loving environment where they are free to relax and unfold.
Freely offered, suggested donation of $10–25 per playgroup.
